Spatial analysis of tumour microenvironment in ILC

8 December 2023

The second most common subtype of breast cancer, ILC, was investigated using spatial RNA sequencing ST to better understand its biology. Dr Matteo Serra from the institut Jules Bordet in Belgium demonstrates how the integration of imaging and sequencing data revealed four distinct ILC subtypes, each displaying unique biological features and differences in survival outcomes.
