NEOpredict-Lung study
The possibility of performing surgical resection for non-small-cell lung cancer following preoperative therapy involving immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting PD-1/PD-L1 and CTLA-4 has been validated. This study presents the initial data on surgery after preoperative inhibition of LAG-3 in these patients. Dr Kristof Cuppens, a thoracic oncologist working at the Jessa Hospital in Hasselt, served as a co-author of this abstract and MediMix was proud to have him share the study’s findings with us.
