Effective concentration of TXA using the GFC/LT
The aim of this project is to determine the effective concentration (EC) of TXA using the GFC/LT, to facilitate TXA use in surgery or trauma. For this, the research team developed an in vitro urokinase induced hyperfibrinolytic model by spiking plasma with different urokinase concentrations.
